Project Description: Minor remodel of the loading dock in order to fully enclose the open side and provide acoustic ceiling treatments.

The existing stucco finished CMIU wall was structurally reinforced by steel columns epoxy anchored into it in order to be able to retain the wall in place. The wall on top of it is metal studs with stucco finish, and is detailed to be flush with the outside surface..

Acoustic baffles were hung from the ceiling, which required connection details and structural calculations to ensure they were not more than the existing structure could support.
